Agustina Gandanani is a mechanical engineer who has spent two decades inside Indonesia's electricity value chain, moving from the plant floor to corporate planning. She began in 2006 as a boiler and auxiliary equipment technician at the Perak-Grati power plants, where maintenance evaluation and planning first drew her toward systems thinking. Across fifteen years at PT Indonesia Power she built deep command of primary energy: monitoring supply, planning geothermal, hydro and gas fuel, leading procurement, and directing studies on logistics and primary energy systems as Senior Analyst and Specialist. Since 2024 she has held four successive managerial posts at PT PLN Energi Gas, spanning commercial, business development, business portfolio, and now planning, corporate performance and information technology. She holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Logistics Management from Trisakti with Rotterdam Business School, and remains a committed learner and knowledge sharer.
