Agus Trisusanto
Agus Trisusanto is a professional in digital transformation and the electricity sector, currently serving as Vice President of Electricity Digitalization at PT PLN (Persero). He has extensive experience in developing digital strategies, Smart Grid initiatives, IT/OT integration, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, and the modernization of electricity operations across generation, transmission, distribution, and customer services.
In his role, Agus drives the development of the Smart Grid Roadmap, control center digitalization, AI Lab, Single Source of Truth, business process transformation, and the strengthening of IT/OT Security to support the reliability and resilience of critical electricity infrastructure.
Agus holds a Master’s degree from the University of Abertay Dundee, United Kingdom. He is committed to advancing PLN’s transformation into a more digital, secure, integrated, adaptive, reliable, and customer-oriented energy company.
