The main power device adopts the next-generation semiconductor component SiC Mosfet, which offers a switching frequency greater than 100kHz, high power density, low loss, and high efficiency, with a power factor compensation up to 0.99. The PCBA is fully sealed, ensuring protection against dust, condensation, and salt spray. The device offers flexible installation options (cabinet-mounted or wall-mounted), and maintenance is straightforward.
