- Operation & Maintenance (O&M): Design of maintenance plans, issues diagnosis and consultation on asset refurbishment to improve plant availability
- Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA): Technical support, ongoing diagnostics and replacement parts supply over a multi-year period, leveraging OEM experience
- Trainings: Lectures and hands-on learning experiences for gas turbine and steam turbine engineers, including equipment assembly and dismantling as well as simulations of actual plant operation
- Remote Monitoring: Early warning and detection of anomalies as well as data analytics managed through Remote Monitoring Centers in Japan, the Philippines, the USA and Germany operating 24/7
