Mee Industries has been engineering, manufacturing and installing gas turbine inlet air fogging systems for over 30 years. MeeFog systems are high-pressure water atomizers that produce a fog of very small droplets which quickly evaporate to cool the air. MeeFog systems are used for evaporative cooling of gas turbine inlet air, with fog nozzles installed upstream or downstream of the inlet air filters. MeeFog is also used for wet compression, where fog is injected directly into the compressor. The fog droplets evaporate inside the compressor to give an inter cooling effect so more power is available at the output shaft.
