Hydrogen Production

Mitsubishi Power is advancing hydrogen production technologies, including SOEC (Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell), AEM Electrolyzer, and Methane Pyrolysis (Turquoise Hydrogen), at the Nagasaki Carbon Neutral Park. These innovations will then be verified and validated at the Takasago Hydrogen Park, with the aim of achieving commercialization.
A major milestone was achieved in spring 2024 with the commencement of a 400kW SOEC test module operation, a key step in the path to commercialization.
