FriCon Gas Dehumidifier: The FriCon system cools and dehumidifies process gases for use in combined heat and power plants or biogas treatment plants, optimizing combustion and enhancing operational reliability while reducing plant downtime. By cooling the gas, moisture condenses and can be removed as condensate. Equipped with an optional demister, the system can eliminate up to 99% of condensate droplets. APROVIS manufactures FriCon systems to be durable, technically sealed, and efficient for gas treatment, requiring only a gas line and an electricity connection. All components in contact with gases are made from high-quality stainless steel (316L or equivalent), ensuring a long service life.

Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger: The most cost-effective energy is the energy that is captured from existing systems and made usable, providing savings in both resources and costs, rather than to produce it afresh elsewhere. The APROVIS exhaust gas heat exchanger enables more energy to be recovered from exhaust gases for hot water or thermal oil generation. As a leading technology provider for exhaust gas treatment, APROVIS operates more than 20,000 plants worldwide with exhaust gas temperatures up to 600°C. APROVIS supplies all components designed to be optimized regarding cost and space, depending on the requirements, and holds certifications such as PED 2014/68/EU and ASME. 

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) Catalytic Converters: SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalytic converters reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) in exhaust gases using a reducing agent. Completed with APROVIS Control System (ACS) ensures controlled and coordinated dosing of the reducing agent and optimum mixing with the exhaust gas.  Further reduction of carbon monoxide and formaldehyde emissions can be achieved by oxidation catalytic converters, which ideally be integrated in the reactor housing alongside the SCR catalytic converters. APROVIS designs a comprehensive, high-performance exhaust gas system that minimizes environmental impact while maintaining cost efficiency and reliable service.
