PT Indo Raya Tenaga is a limited liability company that was established in Jakarta – Indonesia, under Indonesian Company Law. PT Indo Raya Tenaga is a Joint Venture between:
- PT Putra Indotenaga, a subsidiary of PT Indonesia Power, which is one of the subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero).
- PT Barito Wahana Lestari, a subsidiary of PT Barito Pacific Tbk. The business of PT Indo Raya Tenaga is electrical power generation.
The Jawa-9 & 10 project assignment to provide 2 x 1000 MW electrical energy in Suralaya (Banten Province of Indonesia), which is undertaken by PT Indo Raya Tenaga, is being targeted to conclude by 2023.
