His expertise in AMR and AMI technologies across a wide array of smart metering applications is combined with a deep understanding of market and customer challenges. Passionate about contributing to the digital transformation of the utility sector, Vishal has a proven track record in developing both off-the-shelf and bespoke products to that end.

Vishal currently leads Itron’s water and gas product lines globally with an annual worldwide sales footprint in excess of $300M. Since starting his career in the utility industry, he has been involved in the deployment of over 30Mu smart meters across electricity, gas & water.
