Harbin Electric International Co., Ltd. (HEI), a subsidiary of HE was established in 1983, serving as a window of HE with its target to the international market. HEI is primarily engaged in the construction on EPC basis or with the supply of main equipment for conventional power plants including coal fired, hydro, gas fired, and new energy power plants including wind power, CSP, photovoltaic, biomass projects. It also provides comprehensive full lifecycle services for the power plants including maintenance and operation, after-sale services and upgrading and renovation.
