On-Site Intervention Services (OSIS) is a specialized technical department within ACWA Field Services, focused on delivering advanced engineering, machining, repair, alignment, welding, and intervention solutions directly at customer sites.

OSIS is designed to support critical power generation – Plants, and industrial assets where conventional workshop repair is impractical, costly, or would result in extended equipment downtime. The department combines highly skilled field personnel, specialized portable equipment, engineering expertise, and innovative technologies to execute complex interventions safely and accurately in challenging site environments.

• On-Site Machining: Precision machining of turbines, generators, casings, bearings, flanges, shafts, valve components, and other critical equipment using portable CNC and/or conventional machining systems.
