Expansion Joints
The non-metallic expansion joint is a
critical equipment of any ducting system.
It is used for the compensation of
thermal expansions, vibrations, and
misalignments in gas f lows. The exhaust
gases containing high energy are
managed safely across various plant
sections. These components provide
essential flexibility to the operator over
the long term.
We use high-grade, high temperature resistant materials and specialized fabric layers. The metallic frame segments and internal baffles are replaceable without removing the entire ducting section.
This system requires a minimum amount of maintenance. We install flexible multi-layer fabric diaphragms. The arrangement is specially designed to accommodate the expansion and deflection of the ducting and to minimize flue gas leakage to the atmosphere. The sealing system elements can be replaced without having to remove any major structural components. .
