Our steam turbine product range includes diaphragm blades (nozzle guide vanes) for utility, industrial, geothermal and boiler feed pump turbines. We cover turbine units up to 1000 MW, with blade lengths ranging from 100 mm to 1800 mm and single-piece weights from 0.5 kg to 260 kg.

Supported by integrated capabilities in investment casting, heat treatment, precision machining and inspection, we deliver complete blade solutions with full traceability and reliable quality. Our annual production capacity reaches 120,000 steam turbine blades.

In 2026, Youye officially launched its equiaxed gas turbine blade production capability, supported by a 25 kg / 50 kg triple-chamber vacuum furnace. Our gas turbine products are designed for light-duty gas turbines up to 50 MW, with a planned annual capacity of 15,000 blades.

From conventional steam turbines to next-generation gas turbines, Youye is committed to providing reliable turbine blade solutions that help customers improve efficiency, shorten lead times and optimize supply chains.
