Aluminum Alloy Tubular Busbar/ Power Fittings/ Wire and Cable
Aluminum alloy tubular busbars are one of the key components (materials) in power transmission and transformation systems, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the transmission and transformation systems and power equipment. They are mainly used in 220kV and above substations in China's power grid projects as overcurrent conductors, jumper wires in transmission lines, connecting conductors in power equipment, and overcurrent conductors in large current direct current ice-melting devices.
The installation covers less area, the site area of tubular busbar is 1/3 of that of soft conductor.
It has good convective heat dissipation conditions, a large cross-sectional coefficient, strong current diversion capability, and a large current carrying capacity, reaching over1.4A/mm2, which is 25% higher than that of the rectangular busbar with the same cross-section.
The surface is smooth and shiny, and it is unlikely to cause corona discharge or discharge phenomenon. The power loss is small, equivalent to 40% of that of the rectangular busbar and cable.
The internal grain structure is dense and has strong corrosion resistance.
The welding strength is high, and the weld strength reaches over 65% of the base material.
