Membrane water wall panels are manufactured with Class A boiler component manufacturing license and official ASME U & S Stamp certification.
Dedicated automatic robotic welding production lines for membrane water walls are arranged in 10 mature manufacturing workshops, with 7 smart production lines under construction. The total annual comprehensive production capacity reaches 200,000 metric tons. Custom membrane water wall panels are available for large coal‑fired power plants, biomass waste incineration boilers and waste heat recovery boilers, and serve as long‑term designated supporting heating surface components for mainstream domestic boiler manufacturers.
All membrane panels are fabricated in strict accordance with WPS & PQR welding specifications and equipped with complete post‑weld stress relief heat treatment. Every finished panel undergoes 100% full‑range UT, RT, MT, PT non‑destructive testing, as well as mandatory hydraulic pressure and air tightness tests before delivery. Complete MTC material certificates, full NDT inspection reports and full sets of delivery technical documents are provided to meet global export standards including ASME, GB, JIS, KS and PED. Boiler water wall products have been exported to more than 30 countries covering Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Japan and South Korea, widely applied in new boiler construction, furnace renovation and spare part replacement projects.
