Claudio De Conto has built significant industrial and international experience over two decades in senior roles at Pirelli where he also served as Group General Manager, and later CEO of Artsana Group and Gnutti Carlo Industrial Group. Highly regarded within the banking sector, he is recognized for leading complex transformations and delivering sustainable growth. Combining deep industrial expertise with a proven track record of guiding organizations in critical moments, he has demonstrated the ability to help companies unlock new opportunities and strengthen their market position. His experience has also led him to serve as Chairman of Prysmian, following a distinguished tenure as an independent director in several prominent Italian companies, including Assicurazioni Generali, RCS, Telecom Italia, Banca Popolare di Milano.
Hakan Ozmen brings with him more than three decades of international leadership experience across telecommunications, industrial and energy sectors. He has a proven track record in corporate restructuring, organic business growth, M&A, and post-acquisition integration, combined with strong commercial acumen and strategic vision. For over thirty years he successfully led diverse management roles in EMEA and North America within Siemens, Pirelli and Prysmian, strengthening respective Groups’ market position globally. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive profit growth, ensure cash security and manage complex transformations, delivering results in highly competitive and fast-changing markets. He signed and completed several long-term and multibillion contracts in high-tech products and systems offering in telecom and energy sectors.
