Trade attendees can request for an invitation letter by writing to us for at exhibitors-asia@clarionevents.com with a copy of your confirmation of attendance, passport copy and completed Visa Invitation Letter template for our issuance. Please note that the Visa Invitation Letter serves as a supporting document for your Visa application.

Visa Requirement/Exemption

According to your country of origin, you may need a Visa to be allowed entry into Bangkok, Thailand to attend Enlit Asia 2025. Check this page for detailed information, e-Visa application, or check if you require Visa.

Mandatory requirements include passport with minimum 6 months validity and return/through tickets.

·      Transition to the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

From 1 May 2025, all foreign travellers regardless of Visa exemption, must submit their arrival details digitally in advance before entering Thailand.

This new system will replace the paper-based TM6 form and is designed to integrate with Thailand’s E-Visa system, disease screening, and tourist fee collection.

To submit the Digital Arrival Card, foreigner can access the Immigration Bureau website at  http://tdac.immigration.go.th.
