Please note:
- On 07 October, Monday, all structural work must be finished by 13:30hrs and aisles cleared from any construction debris. Stand decoration can continue until 20:00hrs.
- After 20:00hrs on 07 October, Monday, no more work is to be carried out at your stand. Inspections will be carried out to ensure all is cleared and ready for the official opening at 09:00hrs on 08 October, Tuesday.
- On 07 October, Monday, all structural work must be finished by 13:30hrs and aisles cleared from any construction debris. Stand decoration can continue until 20:00hrs.
- After 20:00hrs on 07 October, Monday, no more work is to be carried out at your stand. Inspections will be carried out to ensure all is cleared and ready for the official opening at 09:00hrs on 08 October, Tuesday.
- Make sure that all your stand items are removed before 16:00hrs by 10 October, Thursday and that you leave the lockable cabinet unlocked. Organiser will not be liable for any items left unattended after the event. Storage fees will be incurred for any exhibits left behind after 16:00hrs on 10 October, Thursday.
- For the safety of everyone, freight door at the loading bay will only be open after 15:30hrs on 10 October, Thursday. Trucks are only allowed entry to the loading bay and not allowed to enter the exhibition hall.
- Build-up/Tear-down passes: It is mandatory to have a build-up/tear-down pass for Raw Space Booths. Please refer to Entrance Pass Regime for more information.
