Clean & Thermal Power Generation
Southeast Asia’s energy transition is unfolding in parallel with rapid electricity demand growth and rising expectations for energy security. In Indonesia alone, the new RUPTL outlines plans to add approximately 69.5 GW of new generation capacity, including a target of 42.6 GW from renewable energy sources and 10.3 GW of gas-fired capacity to support system reliability as the generation mix evolves.
For utilities and developers across the region, the challenge is not simply replacing fossil fuels, but designing generation portfolios that can deliver reliable, affordable, and lower-emission electricity at scale.
