He has a strong understanding of power market operations and experience in evaluating Independent Power Producer (IPP) projects in Sarawak. Currently, Stephen manages investor proposals for IPP development, ensuring projects are technically and economically viable. With expertise in engineering analysis and energy planning, he contributes to the growth of Sarawak’s power sector.
