Michael is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tuas Power and is responsible for developing business strategies in key areas like retail, trading and regulation and strengthening the performance of the Company. He joined the Company in 2005 and rose to take on key positions over the last 15 years.

In his previous appointment as General Manager of Tuas Power Supply (TPS), the retail business arm of Tuas Power, Michael guided the team to grow its customer base to include customers from different industries over the past 10 years.

Prior to joining Tuas Power, Michael spent 12 years with a leading energy company and has extensive working experience in the area of oil supply and trading. Michael graduated with an MSc in Financial Economics, London University and a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Second Class Upper Honours from the University of Hong Kong.
