Ir. Zahari Hj Dollah, who is the Energy Enthusiast with 29 years of working experiences, currently holding the position of Head Asset Management Department of Distribution Network at Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). He has a Masters & Bachelors in Electrical & Electrical Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan. He has earned Professional Engineering certification from Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM) and Member of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM). He is also a Competent Engineer certified through Malaysian Energy Commission.  

Known as the ‘Master Architect of Distribution Network (DN)’, has delivered multiple transformations in the context of Grid Modernization, Asset Management Best Practice & Network Operation Excellence. To date, Ir. Zahari has published notable works for the Nation & TNB Distribution Network such as Smart Utility Masterplan, Smart Energy Management Infrastructure, Smart Grid Ecosystem to enable Malaysian Smart City Program & etc. 

Besides that, Ir. Zahari plays an important role in shaping ASEAN & Malaysian energy landscape to greater level with holding various position such as: 

• Member of National Smart Grid Technical Committee with Malaysian Energy Commission 
• Member of National Smart City Technical Committee 
• Member of Heads of Asian Power Utilities/Authorities (HAPUA) 
• Industrial Expert Fellowship & Visiting Scientist of University Malaysia Sabah (UMS)
