With over twenty years of dedicated service at TNB, Ir. Keenan Hendroff brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of energy transition and grid development. He is well-versed in the power industry and is an MBA holder from Universiti Tenaga Nasional & Melbourne Business Schoool. Currently serving as the Head of Organization Development at Distribution Network, he spearheads DN’s Program Management Office, which has been tasked to roll out various initiatives under DN’s Smart Utility program, to build flexibility and resilience within the power network 

Ir. Keenan’s journey in the energy industry has been marked by significant contributions in various roles. Previously, he was the Head of Business Strategy and Regulatory, Distribution Network, where he was instrumental in propelling the Division towards strategic growth. His tenure as Head of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) also showcased his commitment to sustainable practices and safety enhancement.
