Syabil is an experienced professional in power generation, transformation, and EV infrastructure. He began his career as a mechanical engineer in hydro plants before joining TNB's business transformation unit, where he was part of the team that drove practical initiatives and performance improvements across CCGT, coal, and hydro power plants, delivering millions of ringgit in verified gains. Today, Syabil serves in TNBX's charge point operator (CPO) business, applying lessons from the utility sector to EV infrastructure. He envisions how digitalisation, transformation practices, and customer-centric approaches can accelerate Malaysia’s clean energy transition while sustaining business value.
