Kornkiat Charoenpatcharakij
Kornkiat Charoenpatcharakij is the Director of the Power System Planning Division at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), overseeing strategic projects under Thailand’s 2021–2030 power development plan. With a focus on cross-border electricity trading, regional grid connectivity, and transmission system planning, Kornkiat Charoenpatcharakij also serves as EGAT’s representative on the APAEC Drafting Committee for the 2026–2035 plan. He currently chairs the Technical Task Force for the LTMS Power Integration Project (Laos–Thailand–Malaysia–Singapore). He previously served as Director of EGAT’s Research and Innovation Division and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, graduating in 1988.
