Joerg Barthelmes
Joerg Barthelmes is a graduate engineer with a major in mechanical engineering. He has been working in the power plant industry with TAPROGGE GmbH for more than 40 years, serving as Director Customer Service before assuming his current role as Director Sales.
During the past 20 years, his professional focus as a consulting engineer was on optimizing the design and operation of large cooling water circuits, especially of systems for use in condensers and chillers to minimize corrosion and to maximize operating efficiency, and on special equipment for seawater desalination plants. He is a member of the VDI (Association of German Engineers) body of experts for power plant technology
