Dr. Huu Vinh Nguyen is the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He obtained his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University in Vietnam in 2001. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from HUTECH University in Ho Chi Minh City in 2021.
He has been working for Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation since 2001. His research interests include power system operation, flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS), and power quality.
