What Health & Safety regulations do I need to consider and what documents do I need to submit?

On the page ‘Health & Safety’ under the menu ‘Manage My Stand’ you will find all the relevant Health & Safety information, documents and deadlines for your stand at Enlit Asia 2023. Please note that the submission of the required documentations is compulsory for all exhibitors.

What is the company responsible for shipment to and from the venue / my stand?

The official shipping partner for Enlit Asia 2023 is PT. DSV Solutions Indonesia. Check the page ‘List of Contacts’ under the menu ‘Manage My Stand’ for more information on how you can ship to and from the venue.

What Building and Onsite Services are available and how can I order them?

What is the parking rate in ICE?

Parking area for exhibitors and delegates available at LG Basement for private cars. Access enters from Gate C front Convention Center and Gate D front Hall 6-7

Outdoor parking area also available near Hall 10 can be used for exhibitors and delegates, private cars and also big bus shuttle services. Outdoor parking enters from Gate E near Hall 10 entrance.
