Distributed Fault Monitoring Device for Transmission Lines(Contact Type); Distributed Fault Monitoring Device for Transmission Lines (Non-contact Type)

Hinner International Co., Limited Stand: 1132
  1. The Distributed Fault Monitoring Device (contact type) for transmission lines is installed on high-voltage conductors. It aims to solve the difficulty of quickly and accurately locating fault points and identifying fault types (lightning, wildfire, wind deflection, tree blockage, floating objects, etc.) when faults occur on AC overhead transmission lines under complex operating environments. The device can be connected to local lightning monitoring systems and meets security access requirements. Mounted and operating on transmission lines, it can automatically upload waveform data at the time of fault to the central master station via wireless communication. The device can accurately locate fault points, identify fault types, automatically generate fault information, and push it to line O&M personnel via SMS or WEB, greatly improving line inspection efficiency, shortening fault recovery time, and reducing losses caused by line outages.
  2. Fault Monitoring Device (non-contact type) for transmission lines is installed on towers, without contacting the high-voltage conductors. It uses dual solar panels and dual battery storage, ensuring continuous operation for 30 days even in rainy or cloudy weather. It is free from conductor current limitations, making up for the shortcomings of contact-type fault monitoring devices. It also provides accurate fault point location, fault type identification, automatic fault information generation, and alarm via SMS or WEB. The difference is that contact-type devices can distinguish fault phases, while non-contact devices only provide fault point location and fault type; fault phase information is provided by substation protection. The device can be connected to local lightning monitoring systems and meets security access requirements, providing technical support for improving line inspection efficiency and shortening fault recovery time.
