Build up & Breakdown Timings

To freely access the parking area, it is mandatory to register via the VIPARIS LOGIPASS System.  Please check the tab Parking below for further information on trucks and cars parking.

Please note:

  • All aisles have to be free of any obstructions on Monday, 27 November, as of 16h00.
  • After 8h00 on Tuesday, 28 November, no more work is to be carried out on your stand. Inspections will make sure all is clear and ready for the official opening at 9h00.
  • Trucks and cars are allowed on the premises to park overnight free of charge only during the build-up and breakdown times. A paid parking lot will be there during the event days.

The Cloakroom is located at the Main Entrance of Pavilion 7.

Open daily from 1 hour prior to and until 30 minutes after opening hours.

Please note that a fee of €2 per item will apply.



ATMs are available in front of Pavilion 7, at the Info Point located on the left side of Gate A2, and outside Pavilion 1.

Build up & Breakdown Parking



  • Cars can enter the premises via GATE D;
  • Cars can park at Parking 7, level 7.4 - on the roof of Pavilion 7.



  • Trucks and vans can enter the premises for unloading/deliveries via GATE D;
  • Trucks and vans can park free of charge at Heliport de Paris Parking - outside of the venue, in the direction of Pavilion 1.

To freely access the car park, it is mandatory to register prior to entry via the VIPARIS LOGIPASS System and select a timeslot for unloading/loading during Build-up & Breakdown times as well as for deliveries during the Event Days.

Please note: 

  • Parking registration will be available from 01/06/2023
  • Delivery vehicles over 3.5 tons must be registered with DSV for the chosen timeslot until the event opens to the public. All other delivery requests must be submitted for approval.
  • All vehicles over 3.5 tons MUST report to Heliport de Paris Parking before entering the site.
  • All passenger vehicles (less than 1.9 m in height) will be automatically directed towards free parking. Passenger vehicles unload near pavilions and then must return to the free parking areas to park.
  • The Heliport car park is also free of charge for LCVs and HGVs during Build-up & Breakdown times.
  • When an event is open to the public, exhibitor and visitor car parks are open from 8h00 to 23h00.
  • On the Breakdown times, vehicles weighing less than 3.5 tons are admitted as soon as the event closes to the public. Other vehicles will be admitted 2 hours after the event closes to the public.
  • A paid parking lot for cars and trucks will be available during the event days.

  • Exhibitor and Visitor cars must be parked at Parking 7, level 7.4 on the roof of Pavilion 7 during the event days.

Pre-order Parking tickets for this will cost 18.57€ (Excl. 20% tax) per day for passenger vehicles and can be purchased online.




  • Trucks can park at Heliport de Paris Parking, outside of the venue, in the direction of Pavilion 1.

Pre-order Parking tickets for this will cost 32.81€ (Excl. 20% tax) per day for light commercial vehicles,  38.43€ (Excl. 20% tax) per day for HGV < 6T and 43.40€ (Excl. 20% tax) per day for HGV > 6T and can be purchased online. 



Please note: 

  • Deliveries when the event is open to the public are limited to 1 hour before the opening of the show and 1 hour after the show. Deliveries to stands can not be made during the show opening times.
  • Delivery vehicles wishing to deliver in the above openings must be registered with DSV and will need to book the service directly. All delivery requests on show days must be submitted for approval.
  • When an event is open to the public, exhibitor and visitor car parks are open from 8h00 to 23h00.



Rules & Regulations


Clarion Energy Exhibit Rules and Regulations are a binding and integral part of the exhibitor's contract with Enlit Europe 2023.

The policies and procedures may differ greatly from other meetings or trade shows.

We would like to stress the importance of carefully reviewing the below Rules & Regulations of the show together with the VIPARIS Exhibitors Fire Safety Guide in their entirety:


Please note:

  • These Rules and Regulations are supplemental to the Terms and Conditions and both are incorporated into the contract made between the organiser and Exhibitor or Sponsor relating to the Exhibition.
  • All exhibitors with a Raw Space stand MUST provide drawings of the proposed stand, for approval, as well as the necessary paperwork. Please check the 'Health & Safety' page.


Health & Safety - MANDATORY


Enlit Europe 2023 has set standards which will safeguard the health and safety of any person working at or visiting our event.

If you are a Raw Space Exhibitor, it is mandatory for you to submit specific paperwork for inspection to Abraxys Global, the official Health & Safety Management Officer at Enlit Europe 2023.

Please note:

  • Additional stand inspection fees might be charged to the exhibitor via VIPARIS Porte de Versailles.
  • A Health & Safety Officer has been appointed to monitor and assess health and safety risks to all parties during the show and reserves the right to advise the organisers on imposing such measures as to ensure safe build-up, open and breakdown periods. They will be based on-site in the Exhibitor Service Center; if you need advice before the event, please contact

Please note:

  • Free Wi-Fi network will be available on the exhibition floor for all attendees. The network will be able to support all basic internet functionalities only.
  • All stand catering has to be ordered through the show exclusive partner of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; no other catering companies are allowed on the premises.
  • A surcharge will be applied for orders onsite and after the standard deadlines.

DSV Solutions – Fairs & Events

DSV is the official freight and on-site handling contractor for exhibitors at Enlit Europe 2023.

DSV can assist you with a wide range of services and Green Logistics solutions:

  • International and European Transport to/from Paris including customs clearance assistance.
  • Technical lifting onsite
  • Storage during the show, including empties and full cases and accessible sorted.
  • Pre and post-show warehousing, including delivery and collection from the stand.
  • Labour assistance, supervised by the exhibitor for stand fitting (not able to assist with building or dismantling of the stand ), used for packing and unpacking only.

Using an alternative freight forwarder?

If you are not using DSV as the freight forwarder, please read the Shipping Instructions carefully to avoid any problems and make sure your freight forwarder applies the same deadlines. 

When not using the services from DSV - Global Transport and Logistics for your shipment, please take into account that neither DSV nor Clarion Energy are responsible for any of the handling of the shipment or for the storage of empties during the show period. Costs incurred from any items left after the end of the show which have not been picked up by your courier company will be charged to the exhibitor.
