Mr. Celso C. Caballero III or C3 is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Coal Business Unit of Aboitiz Power Corporation.

C3 started his career with the Aboitiz Group in 2007 and has since held numerous leadership roles, including Business Development and Commercial Head of SN AboitizPower Group, General Manager of Aboitiz Weather Philippines Foundation, and President and COO of the AboitizPower Oil Business Unit.

He has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Don Ramon Aboitiz Award of Excellence, the highest and most distinguished recognition to an individual in the Aboitiz Group, in 2021. He was also recognized as an Outstanding Thomasian Engineer by his alma mater, the University of Sto. Tomas (UST), for his commitment to excellence in the profession over the years. C3 graduated from UST in 1996 with a degree of Bachelor of Science, Major in Electrical Engineering.

C3 handled several strategy working groups within the Aboitiz Group that lead to positive impacts in terms of financial resiliency and business continuity of the organization.
